“The capitalists will drown you like blind kittens,” Stalin once said, to earn him the ire of every westerner until time immemorial.

You can see it in every scene of this film, how capitalism sucks the pride and grandiloquence from every culture it comes into contact with, leaving whole civilizations a pile of rubble.  They do this by targeting the civilized virtues and using them to market their cheap products.

The buxom babe guzzling beer transfers your lust for her sleek body into a craving for alcoholic arousal.  Most emerging cultures have no built in resistance to subliminal crap like that.  Little wonder why Russians have such a terrible, tragic problem with alcoholism.

American culture has an irresistible allure to foreigners.  Corporate America uses this to get in their heads, then empty their pocketbooks.  Everybody wants to be an Amerikanski.  They’ll pay any price, eat any burger, wear any label, drink any brand of rot gut vodka, buy any CD or DVD — just to be like the hallowed Amerikanics.

All things American fetch a price far beyond their actual value.  American goods promulgated by American movies are like crack cocaine to an addict already on cold turkey withdrawal from a once stable, centralized government.

The new Russian capitalist society has all the evil things of America, but in the extreme.  Crime, prostitution, drugs, gangsters, filthy rich billionaires, snotty journalists, aloof politicians, and incompetent bureaucrats.

They have all these things far, far out of proportion to their general level of prosperity.  Their whole society is so far out of balance that it’s no wonder people yearn for the days of Stalin.

A strong Russia would be good for the whole world.  But, then again, so would a capitalist America devoid of infinite greed.

This film shows you how once mighty Moscow is now a slum.  Everything is third world or worse — hospitals, police stations, roads, cars, subways, every last vintage of technology.  Capitalism has a strangle hold on the city, like a vampire sucking blood from it’s victim.

No, like a cat playing with a mouse, keeping it alive just for the fun of it — toying with the city, keeping it just barely alive so it can extract every last iota of wealth from every last corner of the city before cutting the jugular and leaving it to bleed out.

The problem with rank, unchecked capitalism is that it depends upon lax discipline.  People must be unable to resist temptation, for capitalism to succeed.

Religion is anathema to capitalism.  Faith lets people enjoy the little things in life.  Capitalism wants people to be miserable unless they have all the BIG expensive things.

It’s small wonder there’s no advertising in churches or on church bulletins.  But, wait — gays are walking, talking, fornicating billboards for capitalism.  They don’t have to spend $250,000 per child, they spend it all on themselves:  Fast cars, expensive suits, attractive boy toys, gaudy diamond studs.

They’re the envy of everybody in church.

Capitalism relishes keeping people on the first pre-toddler “oral” phase of character development… sucking on cigarettes, beer bottles, and gay pricks.  Capitalism loves keeping gays on the next “anal” phase of development… what a marketing tool, to be able to marry Mr. anal retentive and Mr. anal expressive in a real church.

Headlines on CNN.com and every other liberal rag in the world.  Jesus was gay, too.  Elton John said so — it must be true.

For all the rest of us who have reached full Christian maturity, capitalism blesses us with obesity (hence diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease).

But thank goodness they have expensive tailored clothes to make us feel less fat (and dress sizes that miraculously get smaller as you get older, even though your actually body size is SO much larger), not to mention plastic surgery, botox, gastric bypass surgery, and the gay special — prostate enlargement.

God bless America.

The Americans will cut you down like chickens.
