If you’re like 95% of Americans, you’ve been pretty much totally ignorant of politics in Washington DC all your life, contentedly adrift in deep space.
Until a rude awakening in the last year or two when the top blew off with the Great Recession.
This film is for all you Baby Boomers who suffered the worse of the economic downturn’s consequences. You’re age 50 or 60, spent your whole life raising 2.5 kids, putting them through college, and looking after your folks until they Went to Jesus.
You’ve been devoted to your family, your church, your community, and your profession (however humble it may be, you are still justifiably proud of your accomplishments), trusting that all is well in Washington.
Suddenly things start falling apart. You pop out of your cocoon on Spaceship Earth and realize everything has gone to the dogs. After the initial psychotic break, you struggle blindly to keep your life together.
Even though you owe more on your house than it’s worth and your neighborhood is like a Swiss cheese there are so many vacant, foreclosed houses. Your reaction is to just work harder to provide for your family and all the other good people in your life less fortunate than you.
Meanwhile, for the last 40 years while you were nurturing the American Dream and building a sturdy middle class life for you and yours, a whole new species of Americans was evolving. Their net worth has outpaced yours and is now 60% greater than yours and their household income is 40% greater.
They don’t spend the $250,000 it takes to raise each of your 2.5 children. They don’t pay another $100,000 it takes to get each of your kids through college. They started out the same as you, but over 40 years they have now vaulted into upper middle class and beyond. They’re rich.
This new species are the top 1% by wealth of Americans. They are the rich and super rich who control the Republican party, forcing the GOP into a suicidal stand to hold the line on raising taxes on the rich. They don’t spend all their free time raising a family and a new generation of good, decent Americans.
They spend all their time currying influence in Washington.
They control the Republican Party, lock stock and barrel. They also control the Democratic Party, but more openly, more aggressively. They are the gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender community.
They say they are shunned and hated by society, but it is they who are the haters. They are uniformly wealthy, and they use that wealth for only their own personal aggrandizement.
Their goal is to control our churches, our schools — they already control our government and our media (via “political correctness”).
They are an abomination, living the the bowels of morality having random sex with as many of their kind as they damn well please. They have more partners each month than normal folks have in a lifetime. That’s their lifestyle. That’s their civil right. They are a plight upon the planet itself.
And yes, this pandorum procreates. They do it via sperm donor banks. Instead of being a father to their children, they slough off that moral responsibility so they can continue to grovel in their self-centered lifestyle.
They even shove off the cost of long term AIDS treatment onto your strong back (to the tune of $600,000 lifetime costs on average), costs that have bankrupted our retirement viz Social Security.
Then they have the unmitigated gall, once their condition is stabilized on AIDS meds, to pick right up on their free-wheeling, free-sex, gay bathhouse, gay vacation extravaganza lifestyle spreading the joy, the wealth, and the disease.
Pandorum, indeed.
