Sure, there’s the random detective who has strayed onto holy ground and seen Hollywood for what it is. Written about it! They fall victim to the monster every time.
There’s a reason why priests themselves have a father confessor; why psychiatrists have a therapist. Hollywood has their films and you, the helpless viewer.
There’s no check on Hollywood’s power over our imagination. There’s no end to the moral depravity they wreak on an unsuspecting humanity.
