The U.S. Post Office came up with a brilliant idea to stave off bankruptcy: offer discount postage rates to bulk mailers.
That’s when the avalanche of mailings started.
I’ll certainly never buy anything from any of those online merchants again come hell or high water.
There ought to be a service like the do not call list for telephone solicitors to get off the list of mass mailers. Junk email is bad enough. At least it only costs a few electrons. At least you can unsubscribe or ignore it.
