American Generals Are the new Drug Lords in Afghanistan

Senator John Kerry has been nominated to be the new Secretary of State, the fourth most powerful person in America. (the chain of succession is president, vice president, speaker of the house, secretary of state) John Kerry the billionaire (he married the Hienz ketchup fortune heiress.)

John Kerry the turncoat U.S. Navy officer who joined the ranks of hippies and, all doped up, protested the Vietnam war with all the other flower people.

He’ll fit right in as Secretary of State.

Before the U.S. invaded Afghanistan, the Taliban had eradicated the poppy harvest in that country.  Now, thanks to the U.S. invasion, Afghanistan is once again the number one provider of opium, heroin and hashish in the world.  Their share of the drug market is close to 95%.

Thanks to the U.S., there is no longer even a stigma against growing poppies in Afghanistan.  Narcotics are a major sin in Islamic tradition.  Not in Afghanistan, not any more.

Almost all the drugs that reach the European Union originate in Afghanistan.  I suppose that’s why NATO remains a presence in that country.

It’s an ongoing joke that NATO troops never even leave their comfy bases.  They don’t need to.  They aren’t there to fight the so-called insurrection.  They’re there to maintain the drug trade.

The American presence in Afghanistan isn’t much better.  Only one out of every ten U.S. troops ever leaves our bases on combat or other in-country missions.  The brave ninety percent are there in “support” roles, manning the counter in McDonald’s during the day and shining the rainbow flag above their barracks at night.

Afghanistan will be better off without the allied troops.  Hopefully the people still have enough religion left to embrace Islam’s anti-drug philosophy and to eradicate the poppy fields once and for all.

Afghanistan has proven deposits of over one trillion dollars worth of precious metals.  They can be a rich, prosperous nation in their own right.  They can export materials instead of addition.

I’m sure John Kerry’s power-elite billionaire friends are anxious to tap into all those rare metals.  He’s the man to help them do it!
